Refund Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, a refund and/or exchange of any kind will not be offered.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All products are handmade, therefore they may suffer small variations in shape or measurements.

Changes (if it is applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@aglayamenorca.com and explain the reasons for the return.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipment

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
The products must be sent in the original packaging and with the purchase receipt received with the order and in the same good condition in which they were received.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Additional costs will apply for all those shipments outside the European Union, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
